My Order
How to place an order?
Orders can be placed through our Official Instagram (discret.in) and website (discret.in) only.
When can I expect to receive my order?
For deliveries within Mumbai, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 days, and for the rest of India, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) Available?
Yes! COD is available for orders in all serviceable pin codes.
What are the accepted modes of Payment?
We accept UPI, Debit & Credit Cards, Net-banking, Cash on delivery. Feel free to choose the mode of payment that suits you best.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched. A tracking software is available on the website.
My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at connectdiscret@gmail.com . We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.

Use cold water to protect against fading & shrinking. Avoid harsher detergents & turn inside out for the wash.
Return and Refund
How do I return or exchange a product?
Within how many days of the purchase can I initiate a return for my order?
A return request must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
I have requested a return/exchange, when will I receive it?
For return/exchange, the reverse pick up will be initiated within 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return in the form of store credit or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. For further assistance please email us at connectdiscret@gmail.com.
What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product on connectdiscret@gmail.com.
Upon verification we will either replace the product or process a return against store credit, subject to availability.
In case you fail to be intimate about the same, the return might not be processed.
When will I get my refund?
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange.
