    1. Processing

    Once we receive your order, please allow us 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.

     

    1. Purchasing

    Keep in mind we cannot guarantee the items in your shopping cart and will be subject to availability of stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. DISCRET offers the following shipping methods:

    Free Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business days.

     

    1. Shipping

    Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the given time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.

    DISCRET is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.

     

     

    1. Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Our policy for returns, refunds and cancellations will be as follows :

    Return Policy

    We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. The product and packaging should be in perfect selling condition and importantly unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken.

    To place a return request please email us on connectdiscret@gmail.com and include the reason/s for return.

     

    We offer returns, refunds, size swaps (if stock is available) and store credit.
    Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

    In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

    The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
    The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
    The item must be returned with tags and packing.
    We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.

    For tracking enquiries please ensure to check your emails for updates on your shipment as well as contact the courier if you have any questions.

     

    Refunds

    We process refunds in the form of store credit. All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.

    Upon passing the product verification, you will receive your Store Credit (after deducting reverse shipping charges) on your e-mail ID.

    PLEASE NOTE the Store Credit will be valid for only 60 days after receiving it.

    In case there’s delay of refund of store credit or the store credit is missing, contact us, please inform us about the same at connectdiscret@gmail.com

     

    Cancellation

    In case of a cancellation, intimate us through our email ID in the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. Please mention your “Order ID” for clarification purposes. Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be held automatically void.

    Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
